Časopis vycházel každý měsíc na 24 plnobarevných stranách, rozměr zrcadla 18x24 cm, formát 20x28 cm (A4), ofsetový tisk.
Od roku 2017, tedy od 21. ročníku, vychází v elektronické podobě - v pdf.. DISTRIBUCE:Rozšiřováno redakcí časopisu po celé ČR a SR- individuálně na e-mailové adresy předplatitelů
- Dříve i do prodejen zdravé výživy a bioobchodů, které si Bio objednaly.
- Časopis je posílán rovněž do všech krajských či vědeckých (univerzitních) knihoven a do České národní knihovny v Klementinu v Praze.DISTRIBUCE tištěného média na Slovensku skončila. ROČNÍ PŘEDPLATNÉ

We are editing BIO, a monthly magazine for sustainable living, based in 1996 year.
The magazine has acquired thousands of supporters – people interested in healthy lifestyle, organic products, natural remedies and therapies, people interested in protecting the environment, in the questions of biodiversity, in philosophical questions regarding the environment etc. Organic farmers, health food stores, libraries, environment protection groups but also research institutes, environment departments, departments at the Ministry for Agriculture and Environment Protection and other agricultural and food procession companies do order our magazine. People, both in the countryside and in the cities and mainly women, who prefer healthy food and products based on natural sources without negative effects on the environment and human health, pre-pay and read our magazine.
